If you decide to use Cloud Sync feature your ENCRYPTED data will be also stored on the cloud provider of your choice. We, Clipà.Vu developers, have no any access to your locally stored data nor to your cloud storage. Your cloud storage provider has no access to see your data in plain text, only in their ENCRYPTED form. We never collect any of your data, we do not collect information such as your name, address, phone number or email address. 2. Disclosing your information
Clipà.Vu will not sell, transmit or distribute any data held without your prior permission or consent, unless required to do so under relevant legislation.
3. Use of performance data
Clipà.Vu will use performance data, including performance and feature usage statistics, error reports and other similar data (“Performance Data”). Performance Data never contains your personal data like clip contents, favorites, etc. Clipà.Vu uses such Performance Data only for internal purposes as improving the source code, bug fixes, business analysis, decision making. We do not provide access to the Performance Data to any third party, it is never a subject of any commercial activities. Clipà.Vu is programmed to automatically check for updates and license verification. Apart these checks also anonymous data package with Performance Data may be sent. No personal nor textual information is collected at any time.
4. Sharing the information
Only you can share the information, we do not share your data.
